Bergen tomteselskap AS is a forward-looking land developer in
the Bergen region, providing half of the
building plots needed to cover the city's future housing
requirements. We are also engaged in the
production of land area for commercial and public sector
purposes.
Fundamental to the company's activities are a commitment to

based on commercial principles. Priority is given to solutions
designed to meet the requirements of the
future and which at the same time are environmentally appropriate.

By providing the market with suitable land areas, Bergen
tomteselskap plays an important role in the
building and construction industry in the region. Each year we
invest around NOK 80 million in our
development areas. The company has a turnover of NOK 200
million a year and a staff of 10.

Bergen (Local Authority).
